 Baked Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells are a delicious and hearty Italian dish. The combination of creamy ricotta and fresh spinach makes for a comforting meal.

Ingredients:

  • Jumbo pasta shells (12)
  • Ricotta cheese (1 cup)
  • Fresh spinach (2 cups, chopped)
  • Marinara sauce (2 cups)
  • Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (1 clove, minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
