Ingredients:
- Jumbo pasta shells (12)
- Ricotta cheese (1 cup)
- Fresh spinach (2 cups, chopped)
- Marinara sauce (2 cups)
- Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic (1 clove, minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
