Ingredients:
- Firm tofu (1 block, pressed and cubed)
- Soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Cornstarch (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss tofu cubes in the marinade, then coat with cornstarch.
