Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Garlic cloves (minced)
- Dried oregano
- Paprika
- Ground cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
For Tzatziki Sauce:
- Greek yogurt
- Cucumber (grated and drained)
- Garlic cloves (minced)
- Lemon juice
- Fresh dill (chopped)
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
- Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
