Ingredients:
- Russet potatoes (4, medium)
- Broccoli florets (2 cups, steamed)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Greek yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, slice them in half and scoop out some of the flesh.
