Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

 Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a spicy and crispy alternative to traditional buffalo wings. They're perfect as an appetizer or game day snack.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower (1 head, cut into florets)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Buffalo sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks (for serving)
  • Blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce.
  5. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
