Crispy Baked Falafel are a healthier version of the traditional fried falafel. They’re packed with flavor and perfect in wraps or salads.
Ingredients:
- Canned chickpeas (1 can, drained and rinsed)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Fresh parsley (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Ground cumin (1 teaspoon)
- Ground coriander (1 teaspoon)
- Flour (1/4 cup)
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, flour, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined but not completely smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
