Ingredients:
- Bell peppers (4, halved and seeds removed)
- Ground turkey (1 pound)
- Quinoa (1 cup, cooked)
- Diced tomatoes (1 can)
- Onion (1, diced)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked quinoa, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
